Bilt charges a 3% processing fee on rent and mortgage payments. To offset it, all three Bilt cards earn 4% Bilt Cash on non-housing spend. If your non-housing spend is at least 75% of your housing payment, the Bilt Cash earned fully covers the 3% fee — making rent earning effectively free.

How many Bilt points do I earn on rent?
